i havent posted for awhile, but i have ben bulking lately, as of now i am 5'10" and 231 lbs, the last pics i posted were at 212 and that was awhile ago.
here is a pic i took today at work, ddint eat much this morning, thsi was at like 7am, i was a little flat, but oh well. 5'10 234 lbs and the guns must be around 19-20" now
