My goal is to have 17" arms (not aft I work out) and a little more size in my upper and lower body. I also want to build my back a little better.
I want to be 200lbs of lean muscle. I just seem to pack on too much fat when I try and bulk up and when I go to leaner meals, with the same frequency I start to lose weight real fast. It's like a no win situation.
I eat 6 meals a day.....
A typical day is like this...
Meal 1: Oatmeal, Milk, Vitamins, Banana
Meal 2: Eggs w/ onions, toast, Juice
Meal 3: Tuna Sandwich (or some coldcut), with rice or potatoes.
Meal 4: A little of whatever was leftover from previous nights dinner.
Meal 5: Spaghetti, or Steak/Chicken and Potatoes/rice with a vegetable
Meal 6: Popcorn or some snack
and a banana right before I go to bed. Plus throughout the day I eat some fruit if I get hungry. Plus I drink almost 2 gallons of water a day.
I tried cutting out Meal 2 and having a smaller Meal 3. The result is I've been losing alot of weight.
never cut out a meal, just evenly lower calories thru each meal. make sure ur carbs are low GI and make meal 6 a protein shake or some egg whites. i personally would scratch the fruit while cuttin

Agreed. Cut the fruits and add more protein throughout the day.

Dude in a nice way...YOUR DIET SUCKS DONKEY NUTZ ...yOU ARE NOT GETTING HALF THE PROTEIN YOU NEED TO PUT ON "QUALITY" MUSCLE...YOU NEED TO GET SOME PROTEIN POWDER AND TAKE 2-3 40-50G SERVINGS DAILY, PLUS UR MEALS...PM ME IF YA WANT A SAMPLE DIET PLAN TO HELP U OUT..
