Here's my pics I was hoping I could get everyone's honest opinions on what I need to work on? I've lost a little weight to try and lose my new found gut. I'm now at 6'2.5 193lbs................I started at 6'2.5 135lbs!

Keep with the compounds. Add some heavy deads, leg presses and squats to your program and you will see all of your mass increase. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn so your body fat shouldn't go up too much but it needs to go up some if you want to add more mass. When bulking, a super clean diet is not your friend. Don't take that the wrong way, I said "super clean diet". You still need to eat sensibly, just not super clean. Then, when you got the mass you want clean up your diet and you will lean up.

Bro u have a good base and i agree wt every1..but u def NEED TO WORK ON THE LEGS..i'am just being honest to ya..........

increase calories, and watch out for the fat and increase ur protein and TRAIN HEAVY, ONE BODY PART WEEK AT 15 SETS PER BODYPART TOTAL.
EAT, TRAIN AND SLEEP.. AND U WILL GROW LIKE A TIC

I want to be 200lbs of lean muscle. I just seem to pack on too much fat when I try and bulk up and when I go to leaner meals, with the same frequency I start to lose weight real fast. It's like a no win situation.
I eat 6 meals a day.....
A typical day is like this...
Meal 1: Oatmeal, Milk, Vitamins, Banana
Meal 2: Eggs w/ onions, toast, Juice
Meal 3: Tuna Sandwich (or some coldcut), with rice or potatoes.
Meal 4: A little of whatever was leftover from previous nights dinner.
Meal 5: Spaghetti, or Steak/Chicken and Potatoes/rice with a vegetable
Meal 6: Popcorn or some snack
and a banana right before I go to bed. Plus throughout the day I eat some fruit if I get hungry. Plus I drink almost 2 gallons of water a day.
I tried cutting out Meal 2 and having a smaller Meal 3. The result is I've been losing alot of weight.

Thanks for all the replies everyone the honesty is MUCH appreciated. thats why I love forums because people will be blunt, and honest.
I definetely will work on legs more but I have some stupid bone disease in my right knee called osgood slaterer so I have trouble doing heavy weights with squats and such.
Oh and thanks for the tip on the swampass President fad....
