that's good kid, I plan on starting my last and final cycle around the 1st week of April. It will be around 18-20 weeks long. I will post my curent pics before I start off though. I'm down to 190lbs and around 9%BF now. These pics here are from when I was 156-158lbs all natural.Comment

My weight at right now, I feel heavy at. Imagine if I was 220, too much kid. I would like to get around 215 and stay ripped at 208-210 with 8-10BF all year long. Besides, we do gear to get big, well I think I'm a bit big now, don't want to over do it.
