Look fellas, don't get offended by me saying the word "kid" often(if you do, I would say you have nothing else better to do). I grew up in Chicago(Hoffman Estates & Long Island NY), we use that phrase often. Anyway, well my stats right now are 191lbs, around 7% to 8% BF. My goal is to get to 200lbs ant stay at 195lbs at 7%BF. I will be posting my new pics soon, thx.

Like I said before, I'm NOT going to change the way I talk or the way I am for no one. Don't take it personally either, I've been saying that since my young days, besides like some of you said: I'd prefer Bro, sis, etc.." Well to me that sounds corny.
