sorry for the bad quality, these came from a cell phone camera. These were taken in Feb and since then i have added some more size. I hope to maybe compete in a junior amateur event, but i got some work to do, my back needs some more size. here is the link:

i don't do bench press, squats, or deadlifts. Its kinda hard to explain but i have problems with my back, i can't set my shoulders back to put the emphasis on the chest and when i goto do bench press it just hurts my shoudlers and i could never get a good chest workout. Same thing with squats, i can't put too much stress on the lower back. I have been working more on triceps and have seen some great improvement. For tricpes/delts i have been doing weighted dips and skull crushers. i will try to get some new pics up soon."i just want to look like a gorilla"
