Good base but ur forearms look bigger than your upper arms. Do you have a mild case of gyno or am i just seeing it wrong?

I would work on ur chest and arms more... but u really need to bring that bf down bro... take 40g of protein right when u wake up and then take 25-50mg of ephedrin and 100mg of caffien, then do 45min of cardio, 5-6 days / wk , also cut the carbs after 6pm , and ull get shreded in 2-3 months if u stick to it... good luck
