    Good base but ur forearms look bigger than your upper arms. Do you have a mild case of gyno or am i just seeing it wrong?

        Time to hit the cardio bro. If you drop a couple of bf points you will look jacked. Id like to know you goals, routine, supps etc. also.

          Well your getting there..what are your eating habits like? thats pretty much the only way to attain abs, that and cardio..

            I would work on ur chest and arms more... but u really need to bring that bf down bro... take 40g of protein right when u wake up and then take 25-50mg of ephedrin and 100mg of caffien, then do 45min of cardio, 5-6 days / wk , also cut the carbs after 6pm , and ull get shreded in 2-3 months if u stick to it... good luck
