3 months ago i measured about 16.5, i hope them to be around 18 although i'm not really into measuring. And yes i will try to put size on my upper chest, i'm able to do all the exercises now with my shoulder so with the incline i will put some size on my upper chest. And by the way do you want my measurements with or without pump?

About your physique, big and lean, very nice vascularity and very impressive for only training...what did I see?....9 months?? Your body structure is similiar to mine. One weakness I see....back is lacking. Needs to be much wider and thicker. Ascended seems like he knows a thing or two about that or maybe it's genetics but dude's got a dope ass BDB, that's for sure. Bring that up and you will look much more complete.

I am also wondering what you guys are taking right now. With all that vascualrity and mass in such a short time, I'm guessing winny/Eq with test. Correct?
