  • An Introduction

    Let me introduce myself,

    Age : 25
    Height : 6'3
    Weight : 245 lbs

    I'm a friend of the Ascended Asian and besides a few minor differences I follow his training en nutrition regime. I started training in march of this year after a serious injury in my right shoulder. For a year and a half i wasn't able to train(except for legs, which I trained 3 times a week) Before my injury i trained serious about a year and a half but i had no idea what i was doing regarding training and nutrition.

    Enough of the talk, and let the eye judge. Here my pics shot on the 24th and 25th of December after 9 months of training;

                          You look good bro...ripped for sure. I agree with Solo though, you don't look quite 245 but you are 6'-3" so hard to tell. Some constructive criticism I have is work on the arms some more, they're looking good but a little more size on them won't hurt....and get those tris looking a little harder. That was constructive criticism bro, you look great. Do you know your measurements....just curious.

                            Yesterday I was 245 with low glycogen levels. It is really not that much considering that the Ascended weighs in at a little les but is 5'7 instead of my height which is 6'3. And legs, glutes and calves can put in a lot of weight..
