        Yep working on the legs for sure.

        As far as my diet and cycle.......to be honest........I had no idea what I was doing. I always been using fina. Ok I ran fina for about 10 weeks then picked up 20 ml sust. 250. Thats when I found this site. So it turns out that 20 sust. is good for a ten week cycle, sweet. Soi I ran the sust. with the fina for 10 weeks. It's been 2 weeks since my last sust. shot and Im still running fina for another week. Im still waiting for a confermation on a order of liquid clomid (HINT HINT) I am for sure going to take 10 weeks off. From what I've learned here my next run will be as sweet as ever. My diet has always been clean. I didn't bulk during this run. I guess I put on about 10 lbs of lean muscle. Hope it sticks!

            DB wieghted leg lifts (Incline board)
            cable crunches
            Standing DB oblique crunches


            I have been hitting my abs ever since I started getting grounded to my room by my parents. I remember doing sit ups (old school, all the way up) unitil I would fall to the side in the fettal position. When you are confined to a spot (Jail) there is nothing else to do but the basics. When I am free to do what I want I tend to miss my ab days more often lol and my leg days.

                What would you say my BF is at now? I have been doing lat IM for the last two lat days to try and get somthing going. I got my bent over BB rows to 265. My DB rows are at 115 and going up. I don't know maybe I wiegh down my PU's. I was using them to warm up, I'll throw the wiueghted ones in at the end maybe?

                  I would say between 10-12 at the most....how tall are you though?

                    You had to bring up my calves huh? lol Yeah calves are so easy to forget about, I always say I'm going to hit them befor I leave the gym. Hitting them today for sure. I really liked the calve site for IM.

                          I measured my arms yesterday and they are 17.5" cold. I wonder how much bigger they are with my site IM and pump.

                          my next run I will gain more. I was affraid to bulk in the beging of this last run. So I only gained around 10 lbs. Ran the cycle as cutting. A waste IMO.

                                Ya that weight sounds about right. I'm probably bout 1/2 3/4 inch taller about 5 lbs heavier.
