195lbs of ME

1st pic is current look....just doing 400mgs of supertest and 50mgs of superdrol.

Those are all pics from this year....I don't do more than 2 compounds. Just an oil and 1 oral.


I do labs religiously. I get about 6 of them done a year, last year I did 8.

Thanks man, I appreciate the kudos. We all bust our asses to have a certain look and mainly those who love or want to live a nice healthy life, will only understand the sacrifices we tend to make, regardless of whether or not one uses PEDs....

Some of these different looks, I was doing either just pure test, or had one other thing added....an oral of either winny, anavar or superdrol which is the oral I'm on now.

The pic with the 4 shots of just upper body and just abs..the top left pic of that series, is me just on sust...I never go over 500.gs of test...usually it's just 300 to 400mgs a week and an oral of 50mgs ED.
