Kick ass wheels brotha! I'd never wear pants if I had those calves lol. That is my weakest most stubborn body part.
Thank you. Lower half in general has always been my weakest area. Lots of years of hard work to achieve the little bit I have down there.
I hit calves every training day except quad day. Start workout with them, one exercise, blast about 5 working sets with very short rest, and found that moderate weight works better for me than heavy heavy.
