    The winnings

    So I didn't know what expect from the 2017 transformation. I learned a lot. The amount of support this forum has is off the chart. Competitors were rooting for each other. Board members offered endless tips and support. So if all I won was the friendship from everyone and there true general care, that in of itself would have been fantastic.
    However the gifts came and the rewards were beyond my expectations. Thank you all again for the experience. This how much further I have come.

          Ok so who wants to help cricketnoise design his fall clean bulk cycle. I want to be very methodical and well planned out for this cycle of 18-20 weeks.
