awesome Ill keep at this. I'm not eating anything sugar or processed at all right now. I'm avoiding sugar the best of my abilities completely actually. The other day was just a little snack day because i didn't have the calories left for a real meal and we need to go shopping again so i only had my kids stuff to snack on lol.
I do sometimes eat an English muffin with honey on it pre workout but that's about it. I just checked the majority of my days since ive started logging are 50g or less per day of sugar. some a lot less. There are a few in the 60's and 70's. I was eating a pop tart for a snack daily and i cut that out so i think that was mainly the only sugar bullshit food item left i was eating.
I think I'm going to discontinue the HGH. I think either something is off about it or maybe my body is rejecting it or I'm allergic or something. I might save up and buy some somewhere else and just test it to see if its me or just these kits.
I did only 2ius yesterday within a few hours there was a knot and was hot to the touch. Today the knots about the size of a quarter and red and hot to the touch. Its also painful but especially if you touch it or bump it. Its not debilitating pain but its uncomfortable enough that if it i had a weeks worth of these on me right now id be pretty pissed off about it lol. Im not too worried about the injection I know this will go away this is the exact reaction I usually get but it sticks around for a lot longer than you would expect for such a small amount so I dont want to deal with his everyday especially when im also injecting 2 other times a day with the trt and semaglutide, luckily those injections are all going fine.
Really sucks since i have 9+ kits and it was my first time with gh.

yeah you are having a reaction the gh or something in it for sure then. the red bump or knot should go away pretty quick and def not be painful unless you hit something or went a little into the muscle. some people do have issues with gh or esp generic gh. so it's not uncommon.
as for the english muffins haha. i do them from time to time myself. they are essentially low carb and easy to eat, i like dave's killer bread and ezekiel bread. i am actually using ez bread off and on right now during prep but the majority of my carbs come from jasmine rice. i have found that the best carb options are the ones that digest the best and dont mess with blood sugars to much. i even do rice cakes from time to time as well. all kinds of great options to use that are pretty much zero sugar or super low on the gi index

Started taking aeromasin 12.5mg eod. My left nipple was getting sensitive and since i have so much body fat i know im more sensitive top gyno.
Kids have gotten me sick AF and running around taking care of them so no workouts or cardio the last week or so but ive been pretty active still.
I'm struggling to get my calories daily, especially my protein. All i want to eat is peanut butter and jelly on semaglutide its wild lol.
Part of the issue is I genuinly am never hungry, food doesn't even cross my mind 90% of the day I have to make a conscious effort to eat. Whats happening is by bed time im short 1000+ calories and i missed my protein mark by 100g.
I have only lost a few pound's. After increasing my calories I went up to 282-283. Today im 278-279 but like i said ive missed a about a week of exercise and cardio trying to get rid of this cold. Im still a little surprised I have not lost more weight though just from eating better and less and no longer drinking. Usually when i stop drinking i lose 15 pounds or so just from that.
If you have any hacks to get protein in please let me know. I have been short on my protein especially the days where ive been working.

Also went to cardiologist, very cool guy, my wife has done a lot of work with him and says hes the best so i trust him.
Did some tests and everything was normal. Since this blood test with the bad markers was directly after i stopped drinking, eating like shit and was not working out he said we are going to give it 6 months.
So, I have a follow up appointment with blood tests and more tests in the future. If the numbers don't change with diet and exercise we are going to dive deeper but he suspects the lack of exercise, excessive drinking, and horrendous diet are the main culprits. I tend to agree, we will see in 6 month.
I will pull another blood test myself in a few months to see how things are going cycle wise anyway so we will have something to compare to the pre cycle and diet tests then the 6 month test and see how things are going.
I know the test is working, i have energy and stamina like im 20 again. I cant believe my test was so low but i shouldn't be shocked all the crazy cycles and half ass pct's ive done but man does it feel good to have than manly energy and sex drive back.
I've also gotten back on the medication I used to take for anxiety and shit. I had to stopped a few years ago, insurance stopped covering me and it was costing me $450 per month. I was like no thanks. Now im back with new insurance and new docs and it costs me about $30 a month. Its been a game changer in terms of just being a more regularly functioning human being and I no longer feel the need to use alcohol as a crutch for my anxiety. I still have some major depression/ptsd and sleep issues and dont like big crowds but day to day life is much better.
I know im oversharing but this has been therapeutic for me and even though I have not been as consistent as I want to be this makes me feel guilty for it so its baby steps in the right direction lol.
Also side not - My body is not a fan of the eggs in the morning anymore on the semaglitude. Which is a huge blow because that was a cheap and easy way to start the day with about 40ish grams of protein and now its not so easy.
I am not sure why but ive only been wanting carbs and fats. No issues with rice, pasta, beans, breads, keto bread, peanut butter and jelly but protein has been so damn hard to eat lately and I feel like that may be one of the reasons Im not seeing some of the results i should be, my body just isn't being fueled enough with protein and Im waiting way to long in between meals. Im eating 2 maybe 3 times per day and only maybe getting 1500-2k cals and about 100g short on protein. I need to force myself to eat more often and more protein.
I was hoping to stick to mostly whole real foods except post workout but I am definitely going to have to throw in a shake or 2 in the day i just dont see another way right now.

True its just hard to not focus on the scale when last time i was dropping weight so quickly it was nice to see it.

grab you some good whey iso from true nutrition man to fill the protein gap if need be. also use white fish and other proteins that digest easier and faster. that's what has been working for me and i put my heavier protein meals later in the day so i am fuller at night.

I have not tried fish yet since I started that’s a good idea. I have tilapias in the freezer I’ll try that tonight and see if that’s easier, that might definitely help I can probably eat more of that. The chicken keeps me so full so I’m force feeding with only like 7-8oz when I used to put down 10+ easy.
I’ve also started eating protein pasta’s instead of rice to also help give me a little boost in protein.
I started adding shakes in yesterday to up the protein so I’ll do that at least once a day but probably twice on the days I workout.
I feel really good on everything I’m on right now to be honest, I’m just struggling to hit the proper calories and macro goals so obviously sustaining lean mass as much as possible is the goal but going to be difficult, I may have to sacrifice that a little bit.
I think I’m going to ride it out and just try and force a little more protein hopefully the fish and shakes do the trick.
I’m not a hard gainer, I tend to put on muscle pretty quickly and I’ve been decently big before so there is muscle memory there. So, honestly my main goal is to lose this fat so I can give myself some self confidence back and also show myself there’s progress being made which will only drive me to work out harder. I’ll up the cycle and start hammering the weights to add the lean mass back on later.
I seem to be holding at 278-282, if I can drop down to like 240-250 I’ll feel so much better about myself and then I’ll probably half the dose of the sema and up the cycle focus more on building lean mass.
Like you said I just need to stay consistent and stop focusing on the scale.
I’m going to hit the weights again starting today. Maybe that will also help me be able to eat a little more. This cold my family got has kicked our ass the last 1-2 weeks. It’s finally almost over.

couple things i thought of as well that i cant remember. what is your average fasted glucose after 8-12 hours immediately after getting up? do that every other day for a couple weeks and see how she looks. also i cant remember if you put it up or not but how was your estrogen levels on your labs? thyroid? i am pretty sure thyroid was good but i dont remember. these can all be things that are creating issues as well as if your liver is stressed. estro liver glucose and thyroid are key to getting back into shape
Work has been super busy for me which has been nice. We got hit with 2 hurricanes and I got sick was out for liker 12 days. Damn kids gave me some sort of upper respiratory infection.
I have on the test and primo still. I usually shoot for daily injections and about 1ml per week of each. Test is 250 and primo is 125.
I have not been doing morning cardio because I'm up early with the kids for school then out the door for work. I'm outside all day walking and climbing ladders and stuff so ive actually been much more active and getting more cardio lately with that.
I stopped counting calorie and checking the scale. It was driving my crazy and I definitely crashed my insulin levels which halted my progress.
I am eating eggs and or egg whites for breakfast most days, or an English muffin with a little honey, some days i skip breakfast. Lunch is usually chipotle or some left overs of some sort. Dinner I focus on mainly consuming proteins veggies and rice for the most part. I and drinking a ton of water with how much ive been outside which is nice, staying away from pizzas and pastas and sodas.
I ran the semaglutide at 50mcg daily for a while then bumped it up to 100mcg. I ran that for about 2 maybe 3 bottles then stopped to see how things would be once i got off. Cant really explain it but its almost like that stuff reset me. I really have not been having any cravings. I eat when I'm hungry, i stop when I'm full and i just try to eat clean. Ive been off of it for a while now not sure exactly how long though.
My smaller pants started to get big on me so i hopped on the scale just to see where I'm at. Currently sitting at 255 so that's awesome.
Were getting into my favorite time of the year with the weather and the holidays. I tend to eat like shit and way over eat the next few months. So I'm hopping back on the semaglutide so that the days I do lose that self control Ill be too full to quickly to do much damage. Looking to lose another hoping to lose another 20-30lb over the next few months.

Still at it, just been very busy with life and work. I actually decided not to get back on semaglutide and see if I could just do it myself. It actually went great. No major weight gains over the holidays. Ive been handling cravings and doing well eating clean and not temping myself with too much crap.
My biggest downfall right now is ive been staying up pretty late so I've usually been eating once late at night before bed on those days, Ive also fallen off on the water consumption so I'm trying to get that back up to at least a gallon a day. Outside of that I've been keeping it pretty clean. Ive been back to eating specific meals and foods the last week or so. I am going to get some prepped meals from a local company I've used before. The food is good and so is the price. I hate prepping my own meals so I know I wont realistically stick to that. I don't mind making dinner or breakfast but mass prepping meat and rice just annoys me, I never stick to it and it always dries out so I don't enjoy eating it after a few days.
Ive been back on the weights about 5 days a week for about 2 weeks or so now and for the first time in a long long time I've actually been enjoying it. No set plan, I just do what feels right for the day to keep it enjoyable.
I did what guns said and stopped focusing on the scale and just focus on the food and the work and stop rushing things. I even stopping looking at myself in the mirror. After a workout the other day I walked pasted the mirror and noticed my arm pump and was like wow I'm really getting somewhere here. I went back to my pictures to see the difference and I have not even realized how much progress I've actually made.
At my peak weight I was 298lbs. I may at one point have crossed 300 but never saw it on the scale. I told myself there's no way in hell I would ever let myself see that number. As of this morning I'm 248lbs and feeling pretty damn good physically. I'm making progress in the gym. I actually hit my goal of sub 250lbs that ive been after for so long.
I am not really sure where my goal is from here. I would definitely like to lose more fat but I think right now I want to start building back up some muscle from here and get recommitted to the weights and then if needed go back and focus on cutting again. I am not going to bulk up because I don't want that to get out of hand or put on more fat. So I'm not going to go crazy either direction in terms of deficit for surplus I am going to focus on good workouts and clean eating to fuel to muscle and try to stay in a slight deficit and see where it takes me. Ultimately I think my goal is to be in that 215-230 range but more on the leaner side. Even when I was fit I never had abs, I just never dieted that good or that focused and never cared. So maybe that can be the end goal.
I've still been on low dose test primo combo for trt this entire time.
Now that I've made this progress and I am back on the weights I am going to bump up things for the strength and muscle side.
I am on day 2 of Super DMZ 3.0 that I have been hoarding for whenever I finally got my shit together. Ive used this a few times in the past and its one of my favorite orals. I know I will hold some extra water from this but the size and strength gain have always been insane on it so I think that will be good mentally progress wise to help keep me in the gym.
Also going to bump the test e up to 4-500/ew and throw in tren e and mast e around 300mg/ew.
When I was at my biggest and strongest this is exactly what I ran only without the mast. Mast is one of the only things I have not ran because I was nervous about hair loss.
Right now I am just working out at my home gym. So I am limited on certain workouts but I can hit most of my body and most major exercises with what I have. I have a squat rack, leg extension and curl attachment for my bench and a bicep curl attachment. I have a cable setup where I can do rows and pull downs and various arm exercises as well as incline, decline and flat bench. I have a few different attachments for the cables. I do want to get some kettle bells and some more dumbbells'. I also have the little walking treadmill thing that inclines for cardio and one of the CrossFit air bikes which I hate using.
One thing I want to build up is my chest. I have long ass arms and have always hated bench so chest has always been a weak looking area for me. I am hitting bench as well as incline and decline both single arm and barbell a lot but any pointers I would appreciate.
Lastly any tips to help with lumps on injection sites or at least help them go away faster? This has been an issues that plagued me forever with every gear I've ever ran, doesn't happen every time but most times it does. My body is very inflammatory. Ive pinned straight out of the bottle, warmed it up with a heating pad, didn't rub/massage after injection, did rub/massage after. Nothing seems to work. I am pinning smaller doses subq right now so I know the lump is going to happen I would just prefer if I could get it to go away faster.

Been at it for a while still, feeling great to be honest but having some gyno issues I cant seem to figure out, need to get my blood work done again but could use some help on where to start in the mean time.
Diets been pretty on point but admittedly most days I am not eating as much as I want to be. I am not bulking and still trying to stay in a deficit and continue to get leaner but some days I just am not hungry enough to eat what I planned.
Good news though, I also have cut way back on alcohol, I got sick a while ago and didn't drink for about 2 weeks and then just never really went back to it. Other than date nights with the wife or a party here and there I have had maybe 3-4 drinks in the past few months. I am mostly drinking water all day now, I try to hit a gallon a day at least, some days in closer to 2 and some days I fall short but most days I get at least pretty close to a gallon.
Everyday I eat 1 packet of grits, 3 whole eggs and 1 cup of egg whites for breakfast and then the rest of the day is whatever I decide to get or make. Been eating a lot of steak and baked sweet potato's, chicken salads, and a lot of lean ground beef and rice, chicken and rice too. I try to get 3-4 meals in a day plus a shake on workout days and about 2,800 calories and fast from 9pm-9am. Most days I'm probably closer to 2,500-2,600 calories though.
Weight is steady now and fluctuates around 246-249 daily but I am less focused on the scale and more focused on the mirror, I just check to keep an eye on things. I am noticeably bigger and leaner in the mirror and I'm finally starting to fill out my sleeves again and I can no longer wear some of my older pants, even with a belt.
Strength gains are through the roof and just about every week I'm going up on the weights I'm using. I work out hard about 4-5 days a week right now but I try to at least get a light session in the other 2-3 days a week so I am at least doing some kind of workout, mostly to keep me motivated and keep a routine.
Cardio on my little treadmill walk pad thing on max incline for 25-30 minutes fasted in the morning with a weight vest on. I try to get this at least a few days a week. I would like to hit this daily but some mornings I just done have time luckily most of my day involves me walking around outside and usually have a backpack on so I'm getting in a lot of steps still.

Test C, Tren E and Mast E. Pinning 150mg EOD IM (600mg/ew).

40mcg clen - 2 days on 2 days off.

I normally run test E not test C but that's what this blend is so I went with it. I have run test at higher dosages than I am running now. I Have never gone above 400mg a week with tren but I have with Deca and this is my first time using mast.
I know I need to get my blood work done again but I am having definitely have gyno issue's. I have aromasin on hand, no adex but I will order some. I just got in Caber. I noticed itchiness a few weeks ago after I upped my dosages but now I am starting to get lumps and my nipples are now pretty tender, sensitive, and kind of painful, especially the left one. I know being higher BF % gives you more risk for this so I am thinking that may be part of my issue.
I have never really had many issues with gyno before except when I ran anadrol but I just cut it out of the cycle and it stopped and never messed with it again. Most cycles I never even needed to run an AI or anything but this ones starting to mess with me, not just physically but its killing my confidence and its all I can think about lol. I would appreciate any guidance. I started running aromasin about a week or so ago but to be honest don't notice a difference that's what made me buy the caber. Never used caber before but like I said I usually keep the tren around 300mg/ew and never had this problem before so I was worried it might be a prolactin issue.
Open to advice on the gyno especially but really anything, I will look at getting my blood work drawn up again here soon.

Started taking the caber after this post and a lot of my side effects slowed down within about 2 days. I also added in aromain too. Feeling so much better. Pain and sensitivity are all almost gone. I ordered some adex and I am going to switch from aromasin to adex probably 0.5mg EOD once I get it and will up to 1mg if needed. Will keep doing the caber twice a week as well.
Going to try and get blood work done soon still and see how things are going. I am just around 8 weeks in.

sorry for the delayed response man but i wouldnt have jumped on either the aroma or the aroma without pulling labs to see what and where the issue was coming from. the gyno could be prolactin related or estro related. so since you jumped on both you have no idea what was causing the issues. if you knew which one was causing the issue you could have backed the dosing back down after getting it under control and pulling the caber or aroma back out. i wouldnt go with dex and stick with the aroma because of the impact on lipids with the dex. pull estro prolactin shbg and free test and see whats going on
