Baba hahaha what a shit day got a 3 day suspension at work oh well fly tmra leave the snow to the beautiful island. And I fucking destroyed chest today!!! Believe it or not gains are still going strong getting some shape maybe just bc I'm. Learning to pose but it's gonna be fun to lean out for a show if it happens. Diet has been clean but poor at the same time on the cleaner side I need a set diet cheat day schedule soon soon enough I'll take some pics soon just slacking on the log sorry sorry sorry xoxoxo

At home I do yoga sometimes usually hot/bikram with my gf this one is warm not as hot and I like the stretching it gives u, the toxins I sweat out and I love seeing beautiful women half naked bending In all sorts of positions it is beautiful but I don't tell her that although I am sure she knows hehe...
