I am destroyed nit sure but this T400 may be fucking with me feels like test flu, gonna try some c250 that was made first and see if it bugs me or if it's the eo.

7pm 10 min post 10 iu and half of shake 123mg/dl, checked again R away and was 130mg/dl wtf
Ten min later down to 120mg/dl
7:50pm 1 hr post slin, shake down, still 123mg/dl
Below carbs out the window today hence the high blood sugar with slin I think.

Thanks man, ive had it before but we were using the wrong filters and it fucked with me bad I still have some I can't even run but most ppl it doesn't bug at all. I'm hoping I dont have to drop this and use weak 250 :-(

Ok I have a confession to make, I have never tried to eat this fucking
Much before, only high protein. I cpuld never even come close without liquid food as you can see, even with it I couldn't cram another thing last night. Gonna have a bit of a cheat day but not fat post slin bc its back day, back and legs= slin and maybe a third day of whatever.

Ok today I kinda did 3 workouts the one I'll post with 10 minutes of abs after, shot 10 iu slin, then two hrs later went rock climbing (carefully with glucose tabs in pocket), then 15 minute HIIT before a hot tub and sauna. The pizza we made I am not sure is accurate to the one I found on my app but hopefully close.
I'm growing already it's insane.
