          Yesterday 20 min cardio sittingcalf raises super with standard mg calf raises 3x12 45 lb Seated and 3x15 160lb
          Abs ball crunches 3x25 leg raises 3x12 flies looked by decline situps 3x10 30-60 sec break between rounds

          Diet was a cheat day hardcore w some amazing homemade pizza and dessert to finish the day ;-)

                            Down to 161.4lbs this am from 175 and muscles still fairly pumped legs may have even grown working them so much
                            Body day said 7-9% with a couple measures I question that low buy lean as hell everywhere buts stomach where ever so slight abs are showing more in am.

                            Running 3iu gh 6 days a week and 200 mcg yes 200 t4

                                Legs Hack Squats 4 x 12 @220lb superset w leg extensions 4x12 100 Lbs
                                Leg Press 4x12 @ 5 plates a side 450lbs dam I think maybe 4 plates lol like I told Trixie deep as always though. Superset with Seated hamstring curls 4x12 100lbs
                                Lying hamstring curls 4x10-12 100 lbs
                                Abs 3x15 min planks super set w 4x12-15 decline situps superset w 4x12 leg raises
