    Today is shot cut finger tip off on table saw at home arg, I'll be ok but need some minor sculpting and won't be able to work.

      Today fingers sore :-( have to take a set off work 2 weeks but a month worth of work but will get some disability insurance.

      Still eating clean besides the awesome Greek food cheat last night mmmm
      Meal one 2 eggs w 4 whites and sprinkle of cheese
      Meal two 6oz roast beef w some cheese
      Meal three protein shake with spinach cilantro and brocoli in it
      Meal four couple slices of cheese
      Meal five pressure cooked Ham mmmm and steamed asparagus with butter

      Night all... Tmra I'll do a small cardio leg Ab workout avoiding my hand use at all but hope to be lifting again in one week.

          Meal one rice and organic pressure cooked Ham
          Meal two shake
          Meal three pan fried mushrooms with some leftovermeal turkey and Ham
          Meal four shake
          Meal five pork chop, broccoli and eggplant

          Workout 20 Mon casual cardio
          Hack Squats 4x12 180lbs
          Superset with leg extensions 4x12 85 lbs
          Leg Press 4x12 360 lbs
          Superset with Seated hamstring curls 4x12 100 Lbs forget
          Standing calf raises on Hack squat machine facing in with stand 4x12 180 lbs Superset with standing Ham curls 4x12 40 lbs

            Hey bro I really think I should increase the protein intake by another 60-100 grams same with the carbs u will see faster and mor quality gains if u do this's.

              ? Once I bulk maybe but don't think so yet still trying to lean out until December, my protein could go up mind u i have been meaning to have a shake before bed but never feel the want, but should anyways, my shakes are a good two scoops or more so over 50 grams easy each one

                Uping your protein will not make u become fat the more protisn u eat your metabolism will raise I promise and then u will burn more calories trust me it works I lost 80 lbs of flab in two mths on a high protein diet 400 g ed something every two hrs protein can not make u fat ask guns bro I would not steers unwrong

                  I know man, I'll up it and start tracking with app. So I know for sure, food weighed. Easy with my extra time off work due to my retardedness. I went from 18% bf a week into dieting and a week ago I was 12 prob less now. Finger feeling good I be back at weights, Lotsa legs and Lotsa cardio woo hoo and abs.
                  Any Ab exercise suggestions?

                    Every time you drink an120 cal protein shake I burn up have the cals threw digestion so that leaves 60 cals for your body that is why wheynworksnsonwell to diet with mynfreind

                        Very good cheat days are important but u need 1.5 to 2.5 grams per point of body weight to grow

                            Major cheat day today enough said

                            Did 45 min cardio on bike tube easy on hand, 1-5 min warmup 5-15 min 20 sec fast 20 sec slow 15-20 complete break no peddling 20-45 steady state cardio to rid free fatty acids
                            Night fg

                                You bet I did but was kinda saving it until I start my bulk although I could use it on my carb meals but I'm not going back to work due to my hand injury so making carbs is no big deal...
