      had to take a break from legs last week as i was getting a lot of inflammation in both knees, i am skeptical that walking on the treadmill incline is the reason behind this issue.

      workout change this week moving forward rep count only: 5 sets @ 12, 10, 8, 6, 12

        update: i saw a post the other day from guns that got me thinking "am i taking aromasin when its not necessarily needed?" i have had issues with nandrolone before with sensitive nipples and what not, but this go around seems to be going fairly well. so i am doing a little test and as of last thurs i am no longer including aromasin until my pct unless gyno related signs start popping up. ive got prolly 3 or 4 weeks left in my cycle so hopefully this will work out just fine.

                note: tried doing weighted abs today but my muscles spasm-ed on me pretty bad today. starting to notice some changes in overall composition, which is making me feel a lot better about my progress as i thought i wasnt really making any.

                          i feel like ive noticed a change the most during this time of using clen. even though my abs are slowly coming in, it looks like my overall physique is getting tighter, so i am very pleased with the results thus far and kind of regret not jumping on this sooner. so im pretty happy about it.
