  • Nips Cutter Part Dos

alright, i decided to log my venture towards the cutting lifestyle so i dont waste non of my precious time like the 4 month long spring cutter that was a complete joke, and hoping the community will chime in providing super tips/advice along the way.

Gotclen offered great advice for me before (just had an issue with motivation which ultimately influenced my dedication), so thank you GC for your previous help. i had some time off so im feeling refreshed rather than burnt out, which i believe to be my problem in the spring.

i have decided to use the platform from the dave palumbo diet, and will evaluate my progress every 2 weeks while logging it here. this is my daily diet without the cheat meal listed. i will log the cheat meal at the time of cheating. fats will be listed later.

Meal 1: 5 whole omega 3 free range eggs, 4 egg whites (yes im using two different eggs for this, i call it expensive & cheap) [44g protein]
Meal 2: protein shake & 1 table spoon of natural peanut butter [53.5g protein & 8g carbs]
    Meal 3: 8 oz of ground turkey & 1/2 cup of almonds [63g protein & 14g carbs]
Meal 4: protein shake & 1 table spoon of natural peanut butter [53.5g protein & 8g carbs]
Meal 5: 8 oz of ground buffalo & kale salad [48g protein & carbs ?]
    Meal 6: 6 whole eggs [42g protein]

    total: 304 g protein & 30 - 40ish g carbs

the workout regime will start out as follows:
4-5 days aerobic weightlifting aka high reps no more than 30 sec rest. 3 days of 45 min cardio keeping heart rate at or below 120. each week i am planning on adding another session of cardio. if the cardio at this rate doesnt feel right, then i will switch it to 30-45 of cardio at a 150 - 160 heart rate.

hey man, those carbs are super super low. now if you can tolerate balancing it out with fat in place of carbs then hammer down on it but from what i have seen out of a ton of people is they cant do so due to cravings and thats when they fall off. maybe look at balancing say 150-200g of carbs and go from there or maybe a carb cycle like i use myself. that way you dont go bat shit crazy from lack of glycogen to the brain and those crazy crazy cravings.

Damn, I didn't really pay attention to the specifics of the diet and your carb intake would make me insane lol..I am no expert on dieting but I think Guns has a very valid point...I am looking forward to you logging your journey brother!

i appreciate the quick feedback. i definitely want to try this out and see what happens, but if all else fails my back up plan is to initiate carb cycling. i havent had much success even on 100 grams of carbs a day when cutting, now this could be a result of my cardio, diet, or cardio/diet, as far as losing fat is concerned. i really dont have a clue what to do, however i plan on for the first time paying close attention to this so we will see what happens.

in a couple of weeks i am going to be cycling testp 150 eod, npp 100 eod, and anavar 50ed (anavar at the tail end) for about 6-8 weeks. this will be my first time running an oral for longer than 2 days (had problems with dbol before i knew any better).

I am running test p/tren a/mast p and 75mg Anavar ed and I love it for cutting! I am nice and lean now, and I incorporated peptides/hgh/slin but that is a whole other story lol...

That anavar is sweet, just has to be taken in high doses...

It looks like a good approach but I don't think your fats are high enough. I did calculate them but just from looking at it looked about 120g fat and that's not very high for a keto diet. Also how much do you weigh? The cycle looks good but the diet needs to be there also you should go more like 2 weeks in between cheats to really get the most from being in that keto state atleast in my opinion.

I find in situations like this that about 600mg of tren ew does the trick add 100 mg ed anavar and 250mg test ew gets me jacked and tan. Npp I just Havant had a lot of success with. I like the diet but you will be tired if you don't get some more carbs. Its amazing the way carbohydrates effect your body. I got faith in you nips. You can buckle down.

i was wondering about the fats myself...but like i said before i dont have a clue.

starting weight is 123lbs. im not big on cheat meals, honestly the only time i really care to have a cheat meal is so my female companion can enjoy eating together, otherwise i get the cravings but i contain them.
