Havent been around much im working 2 jobs and training is near impossible but I will try to get it in at 11 at night cardio and weights......Im on my feet from 7 am to 11 pm so I do good cardio also on those hours....tommrow I will start eating clean and i will get fruit in my diet as diet hasnt been good but I have lost weight...............Fruit shakes will by my shake in the am and people may say it isnt good fruit cause of the fructose but from all the work I do itll burn right away and the good nutrients will stay......I hope this will work out and I just want to get to my goal of looking good again and feeling good about myself....
On a side note I talk to my wife everyday and the person that had the golden key to all of this and said all the right things was NIPS. Communication with her was bad from the start and now we talk and maybe its a new start.....But I have my days of feeling great and days I feel low....I see my son everyday by skype and he makes me smile like never before hes amazing my little buddy.......!
