I am going to do a log day by day If I can....I am in some problems with the wife and I just dont want it to get to me anymore....When I was
without her for some months I went from 240 to 188 I was in pretty good shape....I blew back up to around 240 again, my goal is to get back down to good shape but now even more defined....Please encourage me along the way as with your help and motivation I will be the best I can!!!! THANKS!!!

Thanks for the support!!!....For now I wont be going to the gym yet...I will be working from 7 in the morning until 11 at night...I have to see what time I can go to the gym.....But for now I will start today with my diet.......Diet will consist basically of clean foods protein shakes, chicken,beef......Anything I consider clean ill eat lol.......I wont stress either on diet........

Well whatever you choose to do Diesel its always great to have an upbeat attitude .. Positive thinking helps the body be more motivated !.. Don't forget that !.. Todavia, I cheer for you lol...

This will also have my thoughts lol....

Sometimes I get sad when I see or hear a baby cause I think of my newborn thats on the way...I was supposed to be there with him and confort him but that was
taken from me.....I do believe in Karma. Maybe I was a dick in the past to my GFS but I was good to her....She hit me back hard....

actually my, friend. that is how i ended up in the gym in the first place...love of my life dumped me one month before the wedding date.

was devasted for months on end.

and then one day i found my way into a local gym.

and have been there ever since.

it is the only place in this world that i am truly at peace.

it is my sanctuary, for sure.

make it yours.

Good luck man.. Try high Volume and lots of Cardio that is how I get lean after a blow out.

honestly this is hard....last night i dreamed about her. she told me sorry she loves and shes coming back...i wish it was real......i also dreamed that my little boy was born and all i did was look at him and just cuddle him like if it was the last time......i think im going crazy...........i barely eat im actually very lethargic anf my mind just wont stop thinking about them.....this month is hard...this month the babyyywill be born and also its my anniversary with her.... its hard......all i do is come to work and go back home and just lay in bed thibking about them......i wish this was a dream and just end.....just wake and see my wife next to me....idk but when i was with her i felt protected and i was on top of the world now im just lonely......and feel just out of it...im not myself anymore
