      Today (Thurs.) was my scheduled Squat day. My knees were feeling a bit achy so I opted to make up Tuesday's Bench #2

      Session went great. Starting to notice some strength and muscle fullness. I think that the M-Sten is starting to kick in a liitle bit!

                            lying on the bench your as big as hell. your legs look huge brother. my stomach gets big in offseason to. i mean at 315 my gut is 38 inch pants.

                              yep i am with unclem man. you are a beast for damn sure. i wear a 38 in the offseason as well but it is mainly cause of my legs. the pot belly is just a part of the game of eating big and lifting heavy. with that said i wouldnt kick you off my team for damn sure

                                Thanks for the vote of confidence guys! Im contemplating a diet to lean out a bit (275ish, then re evaluate). My main concern would be maintaining strength.
