    done for the day. got a little extra stupid today squatting and did double banded squats for speed. so loading 135 on the bar was about close to between 225-250ish. so i went heavy as hell today and barely lost any speed at all. strongman buddy trained with me so the pace and the weight was pretty stupid. we did some other intensity techniques on other thing but i will keep those under wraps. overall a great freaking workout. only note i have is like i already knew my low back really really doesnt like the explosiveness out of the hole nor the stop just short of lockout. pump from pump juice extreme was absolutely retarded and the stretching was very very painful.

    deads (from floor) 135x3 225x3 315x3/4 (did these super slow but was hitching a bit at the bottom, which was aggervating the ever more piss out of me)

    done for the day. tore it up pretty good today. it was a pump day so instead of focusing so much on the weights i just did sets till i couldnt hold the weight for 2-5sec in the contraction and then started my work sets. deads were not on the lineup but i felt good and fresh so i went at them any way for some med weight work with the same training principles in mind. everything felt great and strong overall and i busted it out really quick considering

    done for the day. great session today. the pump as always was extra stupid. i got it all knocked out in just under an hour and actually moved pretty heavy weight for an arm day. so i figure my glycogen tanks are back full and my legs are barely sore anymore. i did a before pump pick for mr supps log but didnt get a post pic because i was talking to a widow at the end of my workout and i cooled down. she is coming up on her husband's death anniversary so i always make it a point to speak to her after she is done training when i can. so i will get the pics up of something else i suppose haha. it was pretty silly though

    done for the day. this is probably the most piss poor workout i have had in a very very long time. i fasted for over than 12 hours and i damn sure felt every freaking bit of it after my blood draw. i think it was about 15-16 hours of total fasting by the time my blood was taken. then my 2 meals in and got at it. i added in pump juice extreme and got a little jolt and i could feel the focus but everything felt heavy and i never really got into a groove. it sucked big old sweaty gopher balls for sure. i still managed a really good pump though and nothing hurt. so that's a plus. i also may have slept a total of 2 hours ish as well. that damn sure didnt help matters for me either. oh and i am sore as freak

    done for the day. much earlier in the day workout for me so only one meal in. that got the day started off very poorly cause strength and endurance were way down. then my goal on the incline db was to work up to 120s for my drop set. i cant kick anything up over 85 because of an old injury so i need assistance getting set in. anyway my training partners were not strong enough to do the hand off so i had to ask two strangers. that was mistake one. i explained what i wanted but they failed with simple direction and fucked me and i almost got dumped in the floor. no injuries but i shut it down at that point and dropped down in weight
    also just as expected i am just as sore if not a little more sore than i figured i was going to be. the entire leg is a bit tender haha.

    done for the day. my strongman buddy had the day off from work so i actually got to get a day of training in with him. it was a nice change in pace and even though today is supposed to be my last day of deloading i went ahead and went at his pace and strength. it is always a good kick in the nuts with that guy. i had meant to do some reverse hypers and a cardio session in today also but i will get it in tomorrow. as with arms always i hate it and the pump is absolutely stupid and with my freaking hand having to wrap to hold bars and dbs, it is a huge pain in the ass that slows the tempo down a little more than i like on bis. i am getting the hang of dealing with it. 2mg of my sleep meds last night and i got 2 to 2 and a half hour bursts of sleep at a time and i didnt feel like dog crap when i got up. all i need is maybe 30-60 more minute sleep blocks and i will function and feel 100%.

    You are the best; I hope everyone knows you would never advise all that crazy crap. Maybe you are in line to get a bunch more clients who really want to know what works and keeps them healthy. BTW, You handle fame better than most.
