    Looking tight brother.
    You can see a big difference from the 2 week shots vs. these. The water you were holding in your lower back is all gone.

    today


    travel/load day

    still have a little room to play around with today. so i will continue to check in and update for any changes that need to be made. i am checking in at 4pm so i got a while still to go. i kept checking condition through the day yesterday and i have literally gotten nastier and nastier. so this process is working out nicely. i am still starving though so it isnt just sitting around in my guts. the food is actually going to work.

    done for the day. i thought cardio was done yesterday haha, no bueno. we put in the session this am to prime the start of the loading process. cardio actually wasnt to awful bad this am because i knew i was getting a full tank of gas today. got all of my errands and running done yesterday so that's all lined up. got a pretty good pump going in the gym and tightened up even more. still drying out and water is starting to come out today and will continue to trickle out by tomorrow night. we shall see. feeling pretty good though and happy with the look so far. my waist is wasp tiny for the first time in forever haha. my prep belt doesnt even fit on the last notch. joints are also good today as well.

    done for the day. cardio is now officially shut down, so i am super happy about that haha. nothing crazy or spectacular today just went in and pushed blood into the arms and rolled out. still holding vasularity and getting a decient pump going but not skin tearing. so a little glycogen is getting in and being used. actually feeling pretty good today and not having any really bad issues. probably helped i slowed down this am and went in a little later to train.

    thanks man. i always aim to bring my a game but i think this may be an a++ run this time as long as everything lines up correctly. way different with someone else calling the shots. so we shall see how the finished product looks. if it is even remotely how i looked after the 500+ g carb day and dry it is going to be unreal

    done for the day. feeling even better today so that's always a plus. i am still starving weak and nasty but feeling the knocking on death's door has slightly subsided for the time being. i will take it, i am still inching down in weight while increasing water. even though i am pretty flat i am still getting a pretty good pump going and vascularity is still there. i look pretty insane straight out of bed also, and just get better throughout the day. nothing really noteworthy today other than those minor things. last cardio session in the am, which i am stoked about.

    haha man. well i am actually to tired or weak to really do anything but my temper goes from about zero to red line in a blink. i have done this stuff for so long now that i know that i have to stay away from people as much as possible. when my kid does his boxing practice i sit in the truck or on the tail gate and read. if the mrs wants me to go shopping we go during off times. so i have learned over the many years how to avoid getting in trouble. back a few years ago a shopping cart dude slammed a bunch of them into each other next to me and a nasty milk shake exploded all over me. well that made me angry, very angry and since he didnt appologize or say anything while i was flipping shit. i jumped over the return and went after him. of course he ran like a punk and i stopped after a few feet but if i would have gotten my hands on him, it would have been the clink for me. that was at sams and another time the line to go out was backed up and a dude decided since he only had one item that he would just go ahead and skip the other 20 of us waiting patiently. i wasnt having it, so i casually strolled my big ass up to the front and told him that if he didnt go to the back of the line i would take him back there myself. all the other people waiting clapped and thanked me as he and i strolled back to our spots.
    so yeah, i have issues when i am hungry tired and depleted haha. i also go into the gym much much earlier for the same reasons haha

    sorry for the story time but those popped into my head right away. it scares and cracks my wife and family up. every time my son tells her mon dad's going to jail mom dad;s going to go to jail haha
