      Did back and traps today. They should call this shit MENTAL SAUCE! My workout was hard core, best workout I have had in months.

          Nothing has happened so far. Hoping by the 4th week I'll notice something. Done two injections so far. Each glute is sore. Getting a little acne on my shoulders.

              Wait until you inject your quads then do squats a few days later. They will ache!!!

                8 meals a day, snacks everytime i can squeeze them in. trying for 350 grams of protien, 4000+ cals a day.

                        Power Lift - 1 rep of 335 for bench, feeling stronger but not as strong as I was. While on PH almost got close to 385. Got some work to do.

                        Power Lift - Shoulder Press dumb bell. Did 110 lbs db's 6x.

                            Power Exercise - Bench Press 315 X 4 reps, getting stronger. I can feel it working now. Less fatigued, the EQ is making me hungry all the time. I really noticied that today as well did my room mate.

                            Weight has gone up 8.5 LBS since start date. It has been 13 days since start date.
