Load up on the Vit. C and some echinacia (sp.) works good for me.

Not making the gains I want... IM ****ING PISSED! Im not trying hard enough. I'm the only one to blame. Im throwing my cycle in the toilet. More calories, more protein, more intensity. I need to hit myself sometimes with a sledge!

That's all going to change. I started out good with this cycle then I messed up. When I look at people who use in my gym and see how much bigger and stonger they r it pisses me off!

                              Bro,

What's your training look like? How many days a week do you work out?

One thing to be careful of is overtraining.....a lot of bro's on their 1st cycle get all motivated and psyched and end up going too crazy in the gym.

Don't give up! If you started your cycle when you made this first post (2/1/06), then you have PLENTY of time to get great gains. Hell, your gains should just now be starting. With test, you won't notice much of anything until week 4 or 5...

                              Good luck!
