Anyone know where To find that?

I do not know where it is but I will give my unsolicited advice.

IMO best beginner cycle is simply 300-500 mg of test E or C a wk. Some guys use an oral like D-bol and get wicked stretch marks. Also many guys might bust my chops but a anavar only cycle at 10mg 3x ed is awesome.

Roger, he's done a few small cycles and is running TnT, Mk and anavar.
He wants to add some eq or deca in and I think with his height and weight already he could stand a little more in his cycle.
He's 500 test 300 tren.
Thinking maybe up it to 750 and 450,but he also needs to ad an ai, aromas in 25mg EOD,Adex dose ubsire or would nolvadex work does unsure as I have a bunch I could give him.

For an AI, I prefer Aromasin. Works great for me to keep estro in check and much easier on the lipids. Depending on what you're running and estro sensitivity, you could go with 25mg eod. I can usually get away with 12.5mg or so eod, depending on what I'm running. AI's can be tricky. You don't want to completely crush your estro. Just keep it in check with the minimum AI dosage needed. (Blood work would be the best route in gauging that)

Go for a long testosterone like Testosterone Cypionate or Enanthate or Sustanon which is a blend of esters that will allow you to give your injections less often!

Take 400-600mg of Testosterone per week, remember you will have to use 250iu of hcg twice a week (500iu per week), the hcg will keep your balls full as it is a mimic of the luteinizing hormone LH.

In the cycle you will have to use estrogen fighters (AI) anastrozole arimidex or exemestane the aromasin. If you choose arimedex 0.25mg every 3 days, if you choose aromasin 12.5 mg per day...The use of aromatase inhibitors begins only after the third day of the cycle.


Remember that the blood test is crucial to adequate the optimal dosage of AI Okay? Take your pre-cycle, in-cycle, and post-cycle !


Regarding pct: Please be aware that a hormone takes 5 half life to be completely expelled from the system, so you should wait this time to start your pct with Nolvadex+ Clomid for 4 weeks.


week 1 you would take 40mg of Nolvadex with 75mg of clomid and in the following 3 weeks you would take 20mg of Nolvadex with 50mg of clomid. The two serms will act synergistically, the two will enter into competition mode on the same receptor.
