I’d do 50mg of TBOl or at least 40mg, other than that looks good. If it was dbol 30mg would be enough but TBOl is much weaker, and even at 50mg you won’t have to worry about side effects with TBOl.
So the tbol is no joke. Had a great workout last night and feeling a little sore this morning. I very seldom get sore these days, so it was a surprise. Looking forward to this afternoon to see what happens.
The hardest part so far is getting in enough food. Have to feed the machine to grow.
I will start adding in my training and diet as I go. So far I have been super setting everything and have to get in more protein.

if you have a food processor at home man. food process your meat down to a pulled pork type of consistency. it makes steak chicken and even turkey much easier to get down in volume. that and ground meat works best. i grind up my own and use the processor as well. i got some really good recipes and tricks in my follow along thread if you want to take a peek.

So to give everyone an idea as to what I am doing, let me lay it out for you. It is a little different from anything I have done before and cannot wait to see what happens.
Three days a week I will be super setting opposing body parts - Chest and Back, Shoulders and Legs and Bi and Tris. On the other two days I will be hitting a single bodypart that I feel can handle extra work. Some of the reason that I am doing this is due to injures over the years, just to let you know.
Yesterday I hit shoulders and with the addition of the tbol, the pump was insane.
Side Laterals - 10 sets of 10 to 20 reps
Front Raises - 5 sets of 10 to 20
Rev. Front Raises - 5 sets of 10 to 20
Still working on getting the calories up to build new tissue. Will update that once I get it where it needs to be.

looks kind of a spin off of what milos does with some additional work added in. look into some rest pause and or muscle rounds to protect your injuries and issues man. hell of a good way to train hard as hell with or around injury and stay healthy at the same time
Yesterday was a rest day as I was shot. Shoulders are still sore today and the rest of this old body isn't far behind them.
I will hit arms later this evening and that should be a treat.
I have to tell everyone that my leg workout will not be much, my knees and back are shot. I have permanent muscle and nerve damage in my legs and have to work around that damage.
So I got sick starting on Friday. Was running a fever all weekend and felt like hammer crap. Feeling a little better this morning and hope to get started back this weekend. Crazy thing is even with not eating and not getting out of the house this weekend, I was 2 pounds heavier.
The Tbol is no joke, will start breaking it up and seeing how that goes. Been a long time since I had back pumps like this.
