no problem man. like i said mine only held me back for a couple of weeks. i didnt do any bicep loading movements at all and trained around it before slowly testing it and bringing everything back in. my guy told me not to leave it alone completely though. i did rehab crap on it daily with 5lb db curls for sets of 50 lat raises etc..... he said we had to push blood in and out to flush it and get it healing even faster. sucks doing it but it works
