Yes Ma'am! Just bee busy on the road the past few days, training in Spring***** and interview just south of I80 between LaSalle/Peru and the Quad Cities. Hoping back to normal today.
Okay, walked into the gym for some chest and triceps. Warmed up with 135 for two sets, started work set at 225 for two sets of 10 and moved on to 315. Now 315 is no max lift for me by any means. Set up the lift, lowered the bar to a pause on the chest, pushed and heard/felt a crunch in my shoulder......Fuk! I ended that session right there.
Now comes today, its a bit ache, but mobile. Im going to take it day to day and train without stressing the shoulder. We will see where this goes.

So far so good. Havent had an anti inflammatory in two days, ROM seems to be pain free. Will attempt training tomorrow or Friday. Will be taking a new approach to chest training for a while. That last incident scared me a bit, i just want to train and do it pain free. I may be done with PLing, we will see.

did you ever give the bcp a run amx? maybe throw that in the area and see if it helps if it is something minor
so you hadnt given it a run yet? the guidance i got for my bicep injury was 2x per day for a few weeks then go to eod for however long you want. my guy is telling me that his patients and clients are keeping it in for good and not coming off it at all after injuries. dont know how good or bad that is but that's what i was told
i went with 250mcg 2x daily using a 30g slin pin. the area that i have to put it in is super sensitive to me and not fun at all haha. i did that for 3 weeks then went to 250 eod and moved the injection site up a bit more into the delt head. mine is where the bicep and front delt are attached and i pulled or tore a little bit of it. i was back to training everything i normally do except chins after about 2 weeks or so. i have only tried chins once since then it still tightens up in that area, so i dont mess with it for now. feels a hell of a lot better though
Thank you much my friend. I'll take your advice and suggestions and give out a shot. Hehe, shot. I've heated nothing but good about the product. I'm still going to change my trading a bit. I may stay away from direct pressing for a few months again and focus on dips, machines and cables for chest.
Maybe I should eat a bullet because this is going to suck. Lol
