something that i learned both from the chiro i see and the pt is that if your muscles are all bound up then bone and spine manipulation for your back is pretty much useless. your obliques, glutes, hips, abs.and or even your hams can be the entire root cause of horrible back pain compression and pretty much all kinds of other issues. the first treatment i had done on my big ass opened up my spine almost 2in and i had zero pain after. she worked all the areas and i felt brand new. just food for thought. that machine does look pretty cool for some great decompressionOriginally posted by Dzone View PostCheck this out.
