The turmeric is supposed to be helpful for the kidneys so I will continue with that.
    Just your ankles?

No history of kidney stones? I would get a home test or dr test for Uric acid levels. And go from there

I will tell you this though if you can stomach it. The turmeric root is way more potent than the capsules that has been processed. I would consider also getting curcummin which is derived from turmeric and double up on the dosage and see what the deal is within 7 days

Hmmm are you sure your not covering up a pre existing issue. Elbow pain can be caused by a ton of issues muscle imbalances bicep, brachiorqdialis, pronator teres, brachialis, soft tissue issues below the elbow or flexors or extensors. Something to explore I'm not for sure if you have or not. BPC-157 promotes ligament healing but everything I mentioned above promotes it as well. Something to ponder

this is a great quality supp and has the curciumin in it too. I sometimes open the capsule and add to shakes. I was thinking of getting the root? How do you use it? Grind it?

Yes never heat it. Juice it is the best then pour into your shake

                      Re: Swollen painful joints

Hey guys and women!! We put so much research in how to build the body and beat the hell out it through stimulation. That same beast mode attitude should go into mobilization techniques flossing and always looking for imbalances. A lot of these techniques will test your will to be the best you can be because they hurt like a MF but it's a necessary evil. Food for thought. I know it's a messed up feeling not being able to fire on all cylinders. Baby1 keep us updated and hopefully your time of trials will help the next individual(s)

                          Re: Swollen painful joints

Well the chiropractor saids it's tennis elbow from lifting heavy , stressing out my joint and tendons . I go to him 2x a month , which helps , he also does accupuncture , which helps . But I was told by a VET to give this a try !!! The area isn't healing well because of lack of blood getting to it and nutrients which should promote healing properties , so let's see if this will help !!!

Tennis elbow? Uh epicondylitis is the term. And soft tissue work of the flexors and extensors plus the fascia below the elbow will cure it. Warning it hurts like a MF
