    so let's hear it. what does everyone do to warmup? for prehab for weak areas and rehab for problem areas?

    myself, i added in a bunch of ab work as a warm up to decompress my spine for my lower back. i keep a waist trainer on to keep it warm. i do reverse hypers religiously for decompression also. i roll out pretty much my entire body.
    for rotator cuffs. before any shoulder chest or arm work. i also do inner and outer rotations to get them warmed up nicely and keep them strong. i got a ton of other stuff that i do but i am interested to see what everyone else incorperates into their training

    For me I'm Hving to warm the body up much longer and that has been helping.

    Stretching, doing much much more of this

    Needling and massage therapy...a must

      i forgot to add the warming creams and jells i like to use. artic balm and screaming hot toast i use daily. keeps the areas being trained warmed and pulls blood in nicely
