    Re: FG young geriatrics...

All my insomnia stemmed from a reverse cortisol curve. All my adrenal hormones were in the tank. Once I corrected them with adrenal supplements I had energy in the day and at night was ready to hit the bed and sleep much better. Thank God for the internet as it has allowed me to research and talk to those that are wiser than me and my moron doctors I have seen.

All my aches and pains have improved a lot since starting key supplements, stretching/foam and ball rolling, PT exercises, adjusting my lifting, and listening to my body. When my body says stop I stop when I don't I pay for it.

What sucks is when I go play golf or tennis like another member said I pay for it the next day or two. That twisting motion really jacks my SI joint up and lower back and hip goes into spasm.

mine is coming from pain but she is worried that my apnea is making it worse. honestly i have no freaking clue, they are running all kinds of new tests on me some are related and some arent. i am about 100% sure i have apnea issues but atm i am only sleeping in 30-45 min bursts then i get up for 5-15 mins then back down. i do that all night long. my original injury i was sleeping 2-3 hours and i would have to get up but the temporary/partial damage it caused is now fully dying off and it is way worse than the begining ever was

I am going under in a couple weeks. Hoping to visit a cool place while I am asleep.
