Here is appointment number two which should have been last week. He got a little more aggressive and did treatment near my spine.

went in today to my lady and she did my entire back and upper glutes. she beat the every more piss out of me cause those areas have gotten worse in me. i am bruised to pieces but it open everything up big time immediately. all those chains where locked up big time again cause i have both hurt the areas and where she has been gone i havent been able to get in to see her. i go back in three weeks. those session hurt way way worse and she even opened up my obliques hips and seratus because they were also pulling. i will get a pic up of how it looked post work and tomorrow if the bruising sets in. she used a new tool on me today called jacked. it jacked my ass up for sure haha

Yea thats great man, i guess my doc is taking care of my back first before he'll do the laser on my elbows but my elbows hurt more than my back, not sure why hes doing it that way.

I can feel the tightness in my back is way less on the side where ive had this done so far.
