    That's good that you're responding well to the injections. I've been through two back surgeries on the same disc for bulging disc that pinched my sciatic nerve. If you don't have nerve pain you may be able to cope pretty well from injections. Hopefully it heals for you. Good luck! Sad to hear.

        it takes the chronic inflammation out of the joint so it can heal on it's on. mine had gotten so bad that just walking hurt, getting off the couch was a lesson in pain. now i can walk am move pain free. i have to take it easy and let the shot work. once the inflammation is gone i should be good. have to modify my routine, no more big squats or deads, got to limit running. i am just reveling in my freedom from constant pain at the moment.

            that's great to hear and know man. hell man i would say that pounding the pavement would hammer it just as bad if not worse than squats and deads would haha. man, it sucks getting messed up and old

              it is about axial load of the sacrum. a squat exerts incredible forces on the joint. running is hard on the discs of the back. the jolting of each step.
