What does everyone do to get the lumps down from evbery injections.Im a walking pin cushion and its starting to bother me

for you guys that live in the colder areas it will swell and hurt more this time of year,warm your oil up

I used to have this issue until I started using a longer needle and pinning slower. What oil is used do you know? If you pin before bed the oil sits in one spot compared to If pinned I the morning and keep the muscle active

I like those massage rollers and also warming up the oil

Regardless, of oil pin etc. I believe that if you have been doing this for years and often, you will def have lumps here and there evntually. I did many shots for infertility 12 years ago and you can still see the color change on my skin where Fuzo used to pin me.

I use 11/2 inch needles everywhere. No leakage no lumps. I massage the area really well afterwards. It is always nice to pin before I take a warm shower.

pin the muscle before you train it is one good way. also rolling and whatever one else has already said

i usually lump most of the time except in quads. the only thing i have found that helps if warming the oil before injection which im sure you do and heating pad use. the hotter the better

Solid advice! Also smaller gage instead of 23g try 25g when possible!

I put the oil in the pin and put the pin in a heading pad until I feel it's hot enough. Then I pin. I use a 1.5" needle 25g almost everywhere. It's slower to pin with a 26g then a 23g but it has it's trade offs. I massage the area after the pin and usually use a hearing pad on its hottest setting on an off for a few days. I noticed some gear lumps me up some doesn't also some labs give me lumps and some don't. I had some home brew lump up every time I used it. I used a higher quality oil and that went away so there's so many factors that can cause the lumps.

With previous oils ive had the same issues, with the latest stuff I have had zero issues! 1.5" 23g, draw oils and place in a cup of hot tap water for a few minutes. perfect!

With years and years of pinning...the amount of scar tissue built up can be ridiculous. Deep tissue massage is what you need. Break that scar tissue up. Do it as often as you can. I get ART done 2 x a week right now and it has helped tremendously.
