well its going ok i guess. i've been taking my arm out for short periods of time. it still hurts pretty damn bad if i try to do anything with it. it doesn't make much sense that they took my off the painpills now that its time to start moving it around. its hurting more now than before when i was just leaving it in the sling

thank you. i have to be honest though i was siked before i got the surgery but now i'm more out of shape than ever and very discouraged!

well its been a little over 5 months and i'm just getting over post surgery depression. i almost can move my shoulder the way it should move and i'm starting to get to where i could workout super light.
