i went to the doctor and i was right i did hurt it more with the fight. due to me not having insurance it'll be 6 months to a year before seeing a surgen and get it fixed. so i'm pretty bummed out about it

If you bang out therapy and do it like they tell you and how often you will recover fine. But if you start lifting and think your ok and lifting heavier when your not supposed to it will screw it up again. I had 3 shoulder surgeries

my first mri said i had anterior labral tear

the one i just got said:

type one acromion with mild lateral dowmsloping

a laberal tear posterior/superior quadrant

mild ac joint arthropathy

does that sound like the same injury you had FUZO?

i got mine using dumbells to soon after being out of the gym for awhile. lost my focus for just a second and bam my shoulder tore out of place. it sounded like a piece of paper tearing by my ear. i haven't been able to train at all really it sucks big time

its inevitable that surgery 90 % time will be needed depending on severity. if no surgery just take sports cream, motrin, and use a knee wrap and wrap ur shoulder in figure 8 style tight and release after each 1-2 sets. my friend uses a power shirt to keep it tight. but hes black and blue when he takes the shirt off but it gets him throgh heavy workouts. no remember i said depending how bad it is. but myself i dont want a zipper in that area as it effects the nerves after surgery.

i'm pretty sure it won't be that type of a scar just two small holes.

Mine are both torm preety bad on each leg.

i have good news they'll finally gave me a date to operate. dec. 6th which is next thursday i'm excited bc i been trying to get it done since 09 and worried at the same time.

i just got finished wiping my self down with those cloth towels they give u before surgery. man my skin was itching pretty bad like i just rolled around sweaty in grass or something. i got to do it one more time before i leave in the morning hopefully in won't make me itch as bad!

i'm trying not to think about it to much. i'm not going to lie i'm a little nervous. i'm worried the most about what they are going to find when they scope it! if they can fix with just the scope i'll be just fine, but if they in up having to open me up i think that will suck pretty bad!!
