anyone ever had this type of injury? if so did you recover completely?

I had it in my hip! Not an easy recovery for me at all

It didn'y say shoulder but anyway, Fuzo has hda both shoulders done and one of them twice. He recovere well and hasn;t had a problem since. That was 12 years ago

He alwsy went to the gym and did cardio. then started therapy and light lifting after 6 weeks. I say about a good year before he was back to 100%

i'm cool with that because i'm behind on everything else too! the surgery can get here soon enough. thanks for the replies and you can't beat first hand experience either.

That was I felt with my hip. The pain was so intense, 10 on a scale of 1-10. Good luck and keep us posted

i had and mri that shows the tear from 3 years ago and about 9 months after the mri i got in a stupid fight and it felt like i tore something in the back of my shoulder. anyways i had a mri with the ink and i go to see the results wednesday. so i got my fingers crossed that it's just insability from the tear

Just watched a video on this operation.

I don't know everything....can somebody please tell me why this happens, what movements. The symptoms of the tear.
And the cost of this operation?

i got mine using dumbells to soon after being out of the gym for awhile. lost my focus for just a second and bam my shoulder tore out of place. it sounded like a piece of paper tearing by my ear. i haven't been able to train at all really it sucks big time

I am the king of injuries, not because of bad form....but mainly when i go through strength phases, or pre contest. It never fails aahahahhaahah

thanks bro i can't wait man to get back in it. i'm 5'6 and i still have 18 inch arms and weigh 220 after only working out for about 6 or 7 months since 2006

Time to grow..in the mean time, do like I did last summer when I messed up my supraspenatous and infraspenatous...do legs all the time I swear they will get bigger than ever hahahhaha
