  • Potential torn tricep

    I have a Dr apt today so I'll come back in when i know more. What is the best course of action for a worst case scenario of a torn tricep?

    get it fixed cause you use it for all your pressing. if you leave it be then you will affect your delts and chest both so you are losing 3 of your upper body muscles or at least affecting their performance

          Grade 2 tear. It's a partial tear. Be back up and running in 4-6 weeks.

            4-6 is a pretty long time.. how is that going to affect ur training and cycle?
