anyone have any experience with these types of devices at home or in physical therapy? i finally pulled my head out of my ass and put my paper work into a group that is kind of like the wounded warrior project. they give seriously injured veterans grants for recovery tools and devices. so the first thing my case worker sent me was this thing. it uses heat and light to help with aches and pains scars and a bunch of other stuff. i have been using it on my back and knees pretty much everyday. could be placebo but it seems to help a little bit. the next device they are sending me is one of those monster tens units. that along with a king size mattress for back and hip problems. i screwed myself not putting my paper work in sooner. they are also trying to give me a tbi device for head aches and to calm you down when you get irritated or stressed out. not so sure on that one though.

doing a full career on active duty on top of being shot blown up numerous times and bodybuilding on top of that haha. my body has taken one hell of a beating. anything to help day to day (not meds) and allow me to continue to train and compete i am down to give a whirl. cool thing for this group is they fund everything and since they deal with a variety of injuries and companies that work on them. they are cutting edge on a lot of stuff. glad i finally got off my ass and got in with them. wounded warriors check on me every month but they really dont do much. these guys are awesomeOriginally posted by Uncle Ric View PostTGBSupplements REP
