Ok so today im at the orthos waiting to be seen. Believe this is my last visit. After this hoping to be given the clear to begin pushing myself without to many restrictions/restraints. Then i will begin my process with my lawyer and getting paid for 5months out of work. Cross your fingers.

Then a real log will begin.

Thanks baby. This Was my last visit! I have officially been released. Now time to meet up with the lawyer and get the ball rolling for my 5 months of back pay and so on. Was told i can open it up and go full throttle from my doc. She said my strength looks great.

bro i feel for you, ive been there on both shoulders and recovery sucks because all i wanted to do was go to the gym and work out but couldnt but after time i got better but NOT full range as of yet and dont espect it by now... good luck on your recovery and wish you well bro
