Right here bro , she's my sons mother LOL

No , in all seriousness, I go to the Chiro at least once a month for maintenance because of the pain I have. It's because of a pinched nerve, sonit causes me stress. Going to the chiro alleviates it some .

Yes, shrugs are literally impossible. I feel like I can never get a comfortable position when I sleep and my neck feels weak constantly. Thinking maybe it’s time to spring for one of those temperpedic or side sleeper pillows. Ordered a few “highly rated” pillows, but still end up with shoulder and neck pain every morning. I don’t remember being this sore all the time in my 20s. Lol

How did you go about finding a good chiro?

Sweetnight pillow: Advertised purpose for neck pain and supports side, back and stomach sleepers. Amazon sells it for $45. It’s crap, steer clear of this “bargain.” My Pillow, king size, firm on the way. I’ll let you know how this one works out in a few days.

Update: My Pillow (Firm) is pretty nice. I got a full nights sleep and woke up with no neck or shoulder pain. It’s only been one night, but so far so good. I’ll update again after a week.
