    According to a report in the September ’11 Better Nutrition, scientists at the 66th Annual Meeting of the Society of Biological Psychiatry in San Francisco reported that people who took 250 milligrams of CDP choline each day for 28 days were less likely to get distracted and had improved memory and mood.

    Useful information, I will pick up this supplement anyways. It must give a mental edge, even if you don't need one.

      I KNOW I DO....I HAVE MADE MY MIND UP. HAVING TO WORK ALL KINDS OF LONG HOURS, DOING SHORE AND CUTTING GRASS FOR MY WHOLE DAMN FAMILY AND HAVING TIME EATEN AWAY - I HAVE DECIDED NO MATTER WHAT...MY "GYM TIME" IS COMING FIRST FROM NOW ON. IF I DONT TAKE CARE OF ME, WHO WILL? ITS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE. BE HEALTHY OR DONT BE. ITS A CHOICE.
