    L-Theanine is great. I've taken it at different times throughout the day. Sometimes I'll take it in the evening to help relax before bed if I've had a stressful day. Also works great if you take it with coffee during the day. You get that good energy and focus without the occasional coffee jitters. Good stuff.

      I take it with coffee, it stops the coffee jitters and I can function well.
