    I do not but eventually I am going to have to. My LDL is fairly high and my HDL is good but the ratio is a little off and I need to bring the LDL down.

      nialor man. take a look at it. it has helped mine tremendously. now my hdl hovers around 40 pretty much all the time but my ldl will stay under 100 as long as i keep the nialor in. last one i had done my hdl was 38 and ldl in the upper 80s. that was actually the other day.
