my wife's aunt worked in the health industry as an rn for as long as i can remember and is probably one of the biggest advocates against using normal sunscreens. she always said it was a first rate ticket to destroying your skin. using zinc oxide is the way to go or limiting sun exposure as you develop your tan. as for vaccines, i honesty believe the reward is better than the risks

I use sunscreen 5 times a year. That is it. When I read about the toxic levels getting into your body from topical application I was like "I TOLD YOU SO!" Same with bug spray (deet)

if it will eat the paint off of stuff then it probably isnt too good for you or your skin haha
