I love the keto diet. I do it 2X a year to lean out. works like a champ. Plus BACON!

I personally have never met a vegan that looked healthy. I am sure there are healthy vegans maybe one or two in the world.
"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

funny you mention them not looking healthy. one of the therapist ladies that works on me from time to time is a big time hippie. so her and her boyfriend made the call to go completely vegan. well after about 2 weeks on the lovely plan he got seriously ill and as soon as he started eating normal again he got better. she made it less than a month also haha

I think it is perfectly okay to chose to eat a vegan diet, but I am NOT a fan of having to label everthing/everyone. Eat vegan, but why go around saying "Im a vegan"? lol We have lived by a very nice Indian couple for years now. Their culture eats a vegan diet, and the husbanfhad a kidney transplant years ago and recently just died of cancer. the wife, has een sick for years too and is down to probably 85lbs. There is something to eating meat!?!

If you eat right year round, and it's not prepping for a contest, you don't need a "diet". Just my opinion. Sure they work, but only short term. Eating right for a lifetime is all you need to stay lean and healthy

yeah man and if you are on point 99% of the time you can treat yourself to drinks and or nasty stuff one to two times per week and still be in fantastic shape. people make stuff so difficult
